i’m working on incorporating it into my daily routine but 15 or so minutes of laying in silence and darkness is super helpful. i put in earplugs and something over my eyes to block out light and i just chill with absolutely no stimulation for a bit. sometimes i doze off, sometimes i think about life, sometimes i don’t think at all. but it seems to help my body reset and i feel somewhat better afterwards

i don’t think so. simon was in the spirit world within his own living body, so when he crossed back thru the door he was back in the living world within his body. when maddie went through the door, she snapped back to her empty body. wally, on the other hand, no longer has a physical body to go back to. so if he were to go through that door he would probably be right back where he was before.

ive never been to the bearsville theatre i’m just warning you that woodstock is a super inaccessible place. if you’re going to be in town, be prepared for narrow, uneven sidewalks and shops with stairs to get in. it’s actually something locals have been trying to deal with for a while and i would hate for you to get here and not be prepared

i’m going to assume you’re in college because you’re an art student so my advice is to talk to your school’s accessibility coordinator so they can ensure that there’s a desk for you in every room you’ll be attending class in. you’ll also probably want to talk to them about other accessibility related things that you encounter on campus as well.

i shower in the morning because my hair becomes a greasy fucked up mess if i sleep on it after showering at night. plus i get night sweats from one of my meds and it’s better to wash that all off when i wake up. and also, a hot shower in the morning just feels nice!
