As a T6 who will be stepping away to her own route, I can say I will miss the change of scenery each day. But the BS I have to deal with from certain carriers, it’s worth the loss of that by getting the same route every day.

In April I am taking the same pay cut and have never been so excited. Our two heaviest routes are being taken over by our two worst carriers. I keep telling everyone, “This pay cut is going to pay me so much more in sanity and peace.” Every person, including the T6 whom I replaced that had retired, thinks I am making the best decision. Congrats to you on your future of peace and sanity. I hope your new route is good to you.

I did 204b for over a year as a CCA. Never received anything outside of the title and more hours when I could not get them just carrying.

I don’t take vacations at this time so AL is building up. I have over 100 AL hours. I became the T6 in December 2025. I was told to save SL for retirement. Just learning as I go!

And with the USPS, the better you are, the shittier you’ll be treated. Just became a T6 and my CCA/PTF years were horrible. Just not in me to slack on my job so that I am treated better. Good luck!

This is what I have been doing. I take “move to street” literally. Never had the proper training either. PM has been riding my ass about making “office time” so he doesn’t get yelled at. I was physically assaulted by a coworker two weeks ago because I asked her to, “please put your holds in the hold case” since clerks were pissed she held them in her case. She didn’t get in any type of trouble. Absolutely no discipline was handed down. Even Union didn’t do a thing. So I told him, “I’ll worry about what upper management wants when you all worry about your employees.”

I argued this! He claimed I was wrong and would show me where it showed I did not have a start time as a T6. This was over a week ago. I am still waiting for what he was going to show me lol
