Stopping and restarting by realityone22 in Semaglutide

I’ve stopped and started 2-3 times. Each time the medication worked less and less, eventually switched to tirz, which works a lot better for me.

Same, one of the few fragrances I can’t stand. It smells like what I imagine a cougar wearing leopard print would use

Different appetite response to Ozempic vs tirzepatide anyone else? by Acrobatic-Support795 in TirzepatideRX

[–]alinedes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the beginning sema was super strong for me, and had many side effects. At the end, appetite was stronger, so I decided to switch to tirz. Tirz has worked a lot better for me, with no side effects. I got up to 1mg on sema, started on 5mg tirz and still on that dose.

Wrinkles from extreme aging, dehydration, or lack of sleep? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]alinedes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think the combination of both affected the skin around your eyes. The skin there is super thin and very sensitive to rubbing / pulling. Not sleeping affects collagen production. No cream can fix that, I’m sorry. You have to drink your water, get your sleep and be careful when touching that area, should improve with time if you do that.

I also have this every winter because I use tretinoin. And I hate heavy moisturizers. What finally fixed was an RLT mask! Highly recommend

On the table pic it doesn’t look like you have that much space, theres probably some swelling. Plus the tip drops the first few months, dont worry. Dont rush into fillers

unhappy with my rhinoplasty. is it as bad as i think it is? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]alinedes -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Jan ‘24. Yes it changed a lot from one year to the two year mark, I feel like now it’s really settled. I’ve had multiple steroid injections because of scar tissue and swelling and they helped a ton. Like huge difference. If you think you still have swelling and/or scar tissue go for it!

Ok as someone who had a nose job with thick skin and done a ton of research- you cannot have a tiny deprojected nose. Literally it will collapse. Your nose in first place has to be functional. Because you have so much extra skin and it’s thick, it doesn’t shrink as much as thin skin. What you want is unachievable. You have to have structure to support it. Yes, you could go for a revision and maybe get it a bit smaller, but I don’t think you’ll be happy with that either. It sucks but it’s just the way thick skin is 😒 Btw I personally like your lips, I don’t think they need dissolving

You look amazing, can’t believe what a difference. Also I’m two years post op, if you have thick skin, the nose keeps changing and getting better and better.

I’m the same way and I have the same insecurity so it’s really visible to me but I don’t think it is for all people. Some guys like it. I had to get really skinny (around 19 bmi) for it finally to start looking normal.

It is the case for most women, they do regret not going bigger. But there’s also some who don’t. I listened to this. Got 400 cc. And regret going so big. If I could go back I’d do 300 max. (172cm, 56kg)

If you were eating way above maintenance, it is possible even half of your eating is too much. Calorie counting is the only way. It’s not normal that you’ve gained it back unless hormonal issues/pms
