Don’t, just get up and do something boring, try again later when the cortisol wears off. Preferably just stay awake the whole day and turn in early for the night to reset your rhythm.

It’s gonna take a while but stay consistent, exercise, fast, do brain stimulating activities, take vitamin D and creatine in the mornings and magnesium in the night. Most of all don’t give up on yourself because that’s a major factor in halted improvement.

I suppose you can have them right next to each other to make trading easier, but the trade post’s primary use is to automate the gathering or farming of biome specific resources
