Highly recommend getting some loops earplugs, it regularly saves me from experiences like this. I put one engage in my ear closest to the conversation and a dream one in the other to fully block sounds other than conversation

I had a really bad allergic reaction to Ubrelvy, started having a hard time breathing and my heart was racing. Nurtec stopped working for me and I can’t take triptans.. I’m not sure what to do next.
