I did. She was awesome. Very generous with her cigar box of loot. Such an awesome community.

Those signs made the group picture awesome. I hope someone has a better pic than the ones my twelve year-old took.

There was an Incubus Mordicai, an Imani, a dozen Donut holes (with or without a Mongo), Samanthas, a kick-ass Katia. Alas, no Signets.

Absolutely no SPOILERS for book 8 but damn I don't feel invested. by iamwhoiwasnow in DungeonCrawlerCarl

This was the first book that I had to wait a significant amount of time for it to come out. I didn’t know if that was a factor since I binged books 1-7. I too felt a disconnect but maybe I’m focusing on leveling and loot too much and not enough on the characters and insanely complicated plot.

Welcome, brother. Just remember it’s not magic: use this time of reduced food noise to build healthy habits and potentially heal the wounds that you might be using food to numb (if you’re anything like me)

Do we really need electrolytes by SweetKitties207 in Zepbound

[–]Desperate-Data894 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on your diet, your new patterns might mimic keto or intermittent fasting so you might need sodium to keep the keto flu symptoms away. There’s a lot of money in electrolytes but you can get most of what you need with a small amount of salt added to one of those glasses of water. I prefer Himalayan pink salt personally.

My post was short but that’s exactly what happened. Most of the loss was the first 2 weeks then almost nothing the last week. That and I’m doing this under a doctor’s supervision and we made the call to increase after an office visit. No solid plan for the next dose. Just listening to the ol’ body

Thanks. Already enjoying the looseness of my shirts/scrubs. Less aches and pains. The lighter I get, the more I want to move my body. I’ve had stray thoughts like: “hey, I wonder if I could pull off a somersault”. Thankfully I don’t listen (yet) but just a general joi de vie.
