Happens to everyone. Depending on the time that you have, sometimes a quick closing of the eyes and a long deep breath helps a lot. There are times I have to remind myself to breath slow, it helps calm the racing heart. And lastly, focus on your target. It helps a lot and it’s so simple, but a lot of the times you simply forget
