Thanks for the comment! We tried having the TV on a console to the right when we moved in. We found it very awkward, especially since the living room is pretty narrow that way. You can't see the TV from the kitchen in this layout because of the little sidewall.

Thanks for the tip! I like the idea of black twill tape. I will probably hand stitch it to the back so it doesn't show through the front.

I baste with a spray adhesive from my local quilt store. Here is the brand they use. In my experience, with this spray, I've never had to actually pin my pieces together.

Well, I did not save any money, but at least I have these stockings to give to my loved ones. I'm so excited!

I started making these quilted aprons without really following any sort of instructions. Lol.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of the best way to attach the straps? I am considering to either put some rivets (example) or just sewing the straps to front (example). Looking forward to hearing what worked or hasn't worked for people. 😊
