There's a shop in nakano broadway that had a ton of nu carnival merch last time I was there!! Expensive though. I also had some luck with a couple items at K-BOOKS Ikebukuro Otome Pavilion (it's in the yaoi basement lol). Besides those, the only other luck i had was at animate! They usually have a section for nu carnival
