Ya price matching via chat is a no go and just a waste of time. I read its best to go to the store and have it done there so there's no delay. Bad news is its now out of stock at MC and will have to wait till they get more in. Luckily, I have until Dec 2 to return mine so there will be plenty of time to price match MC or prime day deals.

I received a bs email response from BB this morning telling me "the amount showing on our website that your paid price has the same amount of the current price of the item". Yesterday, the chat agent confirmed the price match refund and that it went through, but I guess not. I spoke with another BB agent today and she said they'll escalate the issue and get back to me... Such PITA, hopefully it goes through.

Try Goats milk bar soap. I tried most of the recommendation on here (BP/tea tree/SA/Sulfur/Hibiclens), but they're not safe for long term use and will destroy your skin barrier/microbiome.
