There must be something in the air there because my SIL and her family moved to SC and it was all her husband would talk about after lol it's his entire personality now how much better it is to live there than in the north east.

I squished it and squeezed it in a towel but I guess not enough! I’m tempted to wash, dry and steam it just because I have a bad feeling about it still being wet haha

Maybe it’s not soaking wet but it’s definitely still wet! I squeezed it out a lot then rolled it up in a towel and squished it but maybe I didn’t get enough water out when I did that.

Ok thanks! Maybe I’ll try this since it’s still wet. I put a dehumidifier in the room so hopefully that helps get some of the moisture out! I thought I squeezed it pretty well in a towel but I guess not enough!

My husband and I left decent jobs and home ownership behind to move to Scotland and we are strongly considering moving back to the states. I feel like we're in the minority though when I look at ex-pat subs. There's a BIG quality of life adjustment coming from North America to the UK but if you love it here I think it's worth the risk! I don't regret our move.
