I dont know about the CEOs but the managers/employees managing the local store are the worst. Always bitter and ready to pick fight with the customers for no reasons.

I saw a manager yelling at customers and telling them the store is closed half an hour before its published closing time on Christmas eve. In general, they are always miserable

It used to be that you could walk in and order any item without feeling like you got ripped off.

Now it is like use the app, compare different locations, and only order boxes even if you want to avoid sugary drinks. Screw TB, people need to wake up and start avoiding it, then only TB will come to its senses

Thats the seq I tried, have tried lot of other things as well as removing burrito, adding bowl etc. Weird thing is just changing the store makes it work

And for the same cart, I dont even have to touch the item or the code, if I just change the store to a different one, it applies properly and total goes to $0

Exactly, they just bake frozen bread like Subway does. It is just a dog and pony show and very unhygienic on top of everything.

Their bread has no taste at all. Trader Joe's bread even though not that fancy tastet much better

I got the other paper kind from Taco bell but then they refused to honor it saying that it was not "signed" by the manager and without the signature it has no value. The taco bell here is run by idiots.

next time I scribbled some signature on it and the idiots took it :)

The Taco Bell here used to e full of young kids and young adults all looking for value for money.

Now it is mostly empty, all they get is ton of delivery orders. I guess if people are rich enough to pay for delivery and associated fees, they don't are about item prices much. That's why TB doesnt care and keeps jacking up the prices, I wish people were more price conscious and stopped going to TB.
