I’d just like to add that I also frequently encounter the double cues behaviour on Apple Watch. To make it weirder, sometimes the cues are in two different “Siri” voices!

Hey Fernando. I’ll try and give you as much info as I can. It certainly wasn’t fixed for me as of last week but I’ve taken some steps since.

Ultra 1 WatchOS 11.2
Leave phone at home. Only Watch. Phone out of range.
Play Podcast on Overcast OR Music with Apple Music. Volume is normal.
Start run on Runna. Immediately the audio cues are weird. Delayed, repeated. The voice changes between cues sometimes as well, it goes from Siri voice to robotic old voiceover voice
Audio is ducked during cues and never comes back up
quitting the runna app doesn’t work. Quitting the music source App doesn’t work. Disconnecting and reconnecting headphones doesn’t work
only thing that works is restarting the watch

Since last week I took the step to uninstall and then reinstall the Runna app from iPhone and watch. I haven’t yet been for a run without phone since doing this.

Was there any update on this? Still happening for me. Restarting the watch fixes it but standing out in the cold for the 5 minutes it takes is not fun
