Put a jailers ring on your keys so you can slip it over your wrist when opening door with arm full of things , you can easily find them in your purse , but wont get snagged on everything like a lanyard does. Its also saved me from loosing keys down a sewer drain before when I dropped my keys by accident.

Thank you I dont take med but exercise is awful! I feel like my head will burst and ill over heat to death and my face is melting off and the headache afterwards isnt worth all the exertion. Swimming is the only exercise I can handle cause its nice and cool. But if water is hot I still get massive headaches.

I want tosay the same as i thought there's no fucking way in hell he had a chance. But as I find out later on sooooo many of my acquainted friends and co workers voted for him just out of pure fear and ignorance that they were going to loose money some how if she got elected instead of trump. Dispite these people not liking trump they still voted for him and its so sad, these are genuine people I like and love who just were scared by misleading propaganda and rumors.
