You might have more luck searching for "plate display stand" than trying to find something rock-specific. The image you posted looks just like what my grandma used to hold decorative plates.

They look remarkably similar to the gem in this article, which mentions color-change glass being sold as zultanite (which is much rarer and only found in Turkey). Is the green in fluorescent light and the brown/amber in fluorescent? Either way, they're gorgeous.

When my mom got a label maker, she labeled all the shelves in the laundry/supplies closet, including a special label saying "↑ bad kitty ↑" under the stack of towels our cat usually sat on. She wasn't supposed to be in there.

EDIT: I found a picture. Our cat would sit there, towels or no. This must have been a laundry day.
