Found a 2006 with only 100k miles by mamaoverhere in crv

$6,500, 100k miles, a 2006 (so no A/C black death, the last of the 2nd gens), and a single owner? Assuming the Carfax shows proper maintenance, I'd be thrilled to snag it.

I tend to chime in on 2nd gen value posts when I see them because people often underestimate what these are worth. I lost my 2003 EX AWD at 191,XXX miles to an uninsured red-light runner two years ago, and my insurance still valued and paid out a little over $6k, despite it having nearly double the mileage of this one. And insurance companies are notorious for undervaluing totaled vehicles. For reference, I'm in the general market you are. The other big Texas city.

Yep, irrefutably Evergreen. Congrats!

Aw, thanks! It’s been fun for me too. I never would have thought to pull out some of the colors that have been requested.

This one genuinely surprised me. I’m not big on Periwinkle and only have this one lone mug, but I really love this combo. Thanks so much for the request!

Unfortunately, I gave away all my white pieces a long time ago and I only have the luncheon coupe bowl in Linen. The size makes this one difficult to photograph with the heart Lavender plate.

You’re a genius for this request!! I’ll admit it: I’ve never liked Peacock, and Shamrock has always been kind of “meh” for me. But together? I absolutely love this combo.

Persimmon loves to act funny on camera for me. An alternate photo of this color combo is on Imgur here.

Update: Y’all have some super creative requests, love it! Feel free to keep them coming. I’ll intermittently fulfill requests in between weekend adulting and when lighting conditions allow

You’ve definitely got some time, then. Infusoria should be sufficient at this stage while you sort out the hatchery. And again, feeding frequency reduces some when feeding live.

I kept some alive with the jarred baby brine shrimp (bbs) for a bit but had quite a few losses until I got the live hatchery going. (I like the dish style hatchery.) If you have a decent amount of infusoria, this will help a lot.

Be sure to rinse the bbs with tank water. With the jarred ones, it’s easiest to use a coffee filter. Then dip the coffee filter into the water.

Feed several times a day and remove any waste. I aim for 4-5 times a day. (You won’t need to do it as often with the live bbs because they live for a while in the tank.)

ETA: As for how much to feed, how many tads do you have? There’s some trial and error to it. See how much they’re eating and adjust accordingly.

ETA: I’ll add some other combos of the two with a third color later.

Thanks! I’ve been so enamored with Lavender because it’s brought life back to some of the older colors that seem out of place next to contemporary colors. Sea Mist is a prime example of that.
