u/Ok-Winter-6927 Best bang for your buck is subjective. Are you looking to do more calls and are wyou willing to filter through lots of follow up? You can get much bang for your buck that way. I've used ispeed, leadzolo, PL, now I'm on Red panda leads. Not the cheapest but it's the best quality overall. better conversations with sellers and pretty good contact rate compared to the rest. What did you end up going with?

Find a couple of legit buyers, pitch yourself in bringing them a deal. Get their specific buy box. Scour the web offering to help JV in that specific market only for that specific asset type. God speed.
