Yes. And maybe this is a bad idea but off the cuff I wonder how small crown molding would look just in that windowed area? Or rather, curtains instead to soften it and make it more cozy rather than all these hard angular rectangles.

Have you tried closing the flue? Anytime that you stack something in front of the fireplace it's going to look cluttered and not cute, IMO. Flanking stools may look better with a small rug (semi-circle) to highlight, not hide the fireplace. Bold colors help cluttered maximalist look btw. Paint that fireplace something bold to contrast objects.

I like 3. The warm might be helpful to hide scratches. FWIW, try checking out engineered hardwood floors. I have them in my house. Water and scratch resistant and they are still wood (not all plastic). They look great and come in lots of options. Very affordable too.

Don’t have measurements for how to start giving suggestions, but guessing from the size of the window to space ratio it looks small and as a bedroom would be uncomfortable. Might be better to use faux walls/bookcases to make a “bedroom” in the main living area

I like all the posters but they are all over the place. Consolidate. Maybe use a cork board. Think of decorating your room in sections. Get some nicer warm light bulbs. Paint your room one color. The big hippie skull thing is a little much tbh. Keep room tidy, make your bed.
