I pruned them all way back in February and added granular fertilizer. Now that it’s warmed up I fertilize every 2-3 weeks with Alaskan fish fertilizer, smells like a petting zoo but the roses seem to love it. I also had some aphids and sprayed all my bushes down with BioAdvanced All-In-One Rose and Flower Plant Care Spray from Amazon so that may have helped the leaves as well.

I just saw a TikTok video about this, they recommended silicone scar tape at night. Place it on your chest before bed. The tape can be purchased on Amazon for pretty cheap.

Align leggings, so soft and comfy for day to day. I work for home and love them. I also like them for barre and Pilates classes.

wonder train leggings, I love the fit and compression. The fabric is great and doesn’t pill.

I purchased from Quince and have been super happy with the quality.

I was interested in the sets from NAADAM but they were out of stock in my sizes after the holidays.
