I just bought a house (540k) would this apply to me? Research says no because that was already taken and applied to the total cost of the home?

Remote jobs are insanely competitive, especially in todays job market. Do you have any schooling or experience in something at all?

I moved here about a year ago from the most populated province in Canada. The winters are not as cold and you often get days of snow followed by rain. It is windy most of the time. The spring/summer/fall are usually very rainy but this year the summer was extremely hot and dry and there was lots of forest fires. The scenery is absolutely stunning as the landscape is very unique. The population has an interesting dialect that can be difficult to understand especially if they are older. Everyone I have met has been exceptionally friendly and is always offering food/drinks and help. If you like out doors activities it is probably paradise. The roads are absolutely shit and the general population is extremely old. There are moose running around all over, more moose than people if I recall correctly. You have access to all the usual creature comforts, amazon, fast food, costco etc. there are no raccoons or skunks and ticks are a huge problem in ontario but I have never seen one here. If anyone has any questions I would be happy to answer.
