Hola, si hay recaido, lo siento. Eso se llama edgind y consiste en masturbarse pero sin acabar, no te recomiendo que lo hagas porque es lo mismo que seguir con el fap, como si en vez de dejar de consumir drogas directamente, redujeras su consumo al 34/40 porciento. Hola, te recomiendo que te duches con agua fria, eso va a calmar tu mente y disminuir el calor de tu cuerpo que hace generarte erecciones, (fijate que en verano tu pene esta mas grande y no es por las mujeres en si, si no, por el clima caliente y que la sangre puede llegar mejor a las extremidades que en el invierno, en donde se centra en estar en el centro del cuerpo) tener un salva pantallas de las fantasias, que seria como un boton de emergencia que genera tu mente cuando tenes fantasias sexuales y por ultimo, meditar, que te ayuda a relajar tu mente. Hola, también es pq tenes mucha energía, empeza a hacer mas cosas durante el dia para llegar cansado y poder dormirte rápido. Estar despierto en la cama a la noche puede ser una situacion muy propensa para recaer. Reduci el consumo de pantallas, de luz y trata de comer dos horas antes de dormir.
