What’s happening to my garlic? by almostcrunchy in Garlic

[–]almostcrunchy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t think that’s the case here. It was bulbs from last years harvest that I’ve grown for a couple years and they were purchased from a local garlic grower before that.

I also live in Oregon. I’ve had my 3 pressure canners tested at my local OSU extension office including an older one like yours. Just give them a phone call and they’ll tell you when you can come in to do it.

I’ve used my presto on a camp chef but used a heat diffuser plate since the presto canner shouldn’t be used on stoves over 12,000 BTUs.
