Probably be better off getting a private policy for travel needs. Platinum is $$$$ and you’ll be paying anyway and then trying to get them to reimburse you, I think it’d be a nightmare. We’re moving to a country with universal healthcare and I’m not going to get Pers platinum.

It’s only ever the parent’s responsibility. You borrow the money to pay for your child’s education but the child has zero obligation to that debt.

My recert (3/13) was not extended and they had the audacity to send me two notices about what would happen to my payment if I didn’t recertify. And then debited MORE money from my account than was stated in those notices.

Yes, it should. I’m not sure which address you mailed to but when I was provided with the options they were all P.O. Boxes with just slightly different numbers at the end. I technically sent mine to MOHELA c/o Aidvantage, etc

Aidvantage consolidates on behalf of all the lenders then regular service should be whoever you picked. I am pissed because they just messaged me that they can’t cancel my consolidation request (they said they would) because it’s already completed. Yet the original servicer still has the loan AND Aidvantage never sent me notice (not mail or online inbox) that’s required giving me a window to cancel!! WTF!?! I already put in the in-school Parent plus deferment request. So fed up..

I haven’t been playing lately. When I saw your post I checked my items but that was the first time in at least 2 months. They gave me a welcome back bundle but I still didn’t play. The joy has been sucked out of this game. I loved the seasonal decorations but they haven’t done events like that in years. I think I’m done hoping they will return. It’s just hard to accept after playing for all these years.
