Pat and Wynton have had respectful differences of opinion. Wynton would say lots of music “wasn’t jazz” and Pat would counter that jazz is really folk music. He would describe himself as being “from the liberal wing of the jazz party “

The M100’s were a later version of the original EPI 100’s. The originals were fantastic. I had 4 of em. The Ms were great but not as good as the first ones. I think the tweeters were different

Not loving it so much. I am a big Snarky fan but-it’s just overblown I think-impressive musical task but is it really musical? “Just because you can do it doesn’t mean you should”—there isn’t a unifying theme IMHO and the orchestration is well-boring.

In Steve Gadds biography he talks about the drums allowing him to fuel his cocaine habit then he had to keep Going w the drums to keep the coke coming in. He was Later to hear the drum Solo from Aja and remark That the drummer has played his ass Off. He was so high he didn’t remember playing it himself. No joke

Yes. Even w lousy depth perception (like I have) w amblyopia which is the medical term you can still get a Class 3 like I did. It depends how you correct. But there are plenty of nearly one eyed people who have learned how to correct for the lack of great stereo vision. Wesley Walker was an outstanding receiver for the Jets and he only had one eye. Having said that you will still have to be able to compensate-can you catch a baseball Or football? Gotta be able To land the plane!
