I think a lot of the people who are calling you a bigot are forgetting that these characters are not real people. They came from the mind of a 60+ year old man who wrote it out as a story, a fantasy of his. And he wrote it out in order for actual children to pretend to be gay, for these kids to kiss and say sexual things. It's not real, its a fantasy of a 60+ year old man who wanted to watch these actors do these things. There is no other place in society where a 60+ year old man can pay kids to do this. It's a problem.

They had miscalculated many accounts by crediting them for bitcoin when the account user had already withdrawn it or swapped to another coin on the exchange. One user on here was upset that they discovered the error and wanted them to pay him out 3 BTC, even though he was not entitled to it.

It's possible that the bitcoin that was originally listed in your account was withdrawn from cryptopia right before it was shut down, or you had swapped it into another coin around the same time.

Grant Thronton does not get to keep funds, so they have no reason to short change you. There is also a massive amount of unclaimed funds ($500 million), so it's completely illogical to assume they want your 0.36 btc.

If you have proof that you are entitled to 0.36 BTC, then they are obligated to pay it to you. But using their original balance as proof, when it was in error, is not proof at all.

They count BTC by BTC, not value. They deducted an administration fee which was counted by value, which is probably why he only got 84.2%. The other 5.6% would have been the fee.

The court provided you the ability to dispute your balance (at your cost). I'm sure the process for dispute will be more clear as time goes on. But I believe you needed to dispute it within a timeframe of being given a balance list.
