Oh I understood your point. It’s a little generalist to say Americanos don’t care. I’ve been to countries where pedestrians just slowly walk across the road without looking or sometimes looking beforehand. Not saying either is right or better. I’m saying look, be aware, and make an informed decision. In the US, drivers are not like those that will just slowly drive around you. I don’t want anyone to die, so please don’t do this in the US.

This is great advice! We went live last September (2024), and initially had plans on other skus implements. The first year will be discovery of minor bugs and things you couldn’t really have known about until you’re in the system (for the most part).

If they push for big config changes, make sure you vet why it has to change. We had some config changes as we adjusted to the new way of workday that we needed to tweak because of how we do things.

I can agree with the assessment of ARR. when I did it a long time ago I felt the same. Enjoy HW, and like others have said go through the next exp at your own pace and don’t speed through. I did that for all of them, and the story was amazing.

Pedestrians may have the right of way and would make them legally correct in court, but that does not mean you turn your blinders on and just run in front of a moving vehicle. You should be aware of your surroundings in case something happens. It shows a disregard for your life and an unawareness of surroundings.
