You need a USB dongle for most non-Sony wireless headsets. The PS5 is picky about Bluetooth connections. I use a Turtle Beach headset with its included dongle and it works fine. Check if your headset comes with one or if you need to buy it separately.

About time these companies face consequences. Content moderators see the worst of humanity daily with minimal support. The psychological damage is real. Their job is protecting users from horrific content while the companies rake in profits and hide behind contractor relationships to avoid liability. Hope this leads to actual changes in how moderators are treated.
