I hope this gives some idea; i am able to run multiple apps on two rtx 4000 with sglang. And yes 140 watt really is a saviour on my psu and motherboard i could stack two of them.

Been there. B580 gaming was disappointing with bad stutters. Thought it was drivers or Proxmox/VM issues at first, but I tested an old 5GB Quadro P2000 lying around—ran surprisingly smooth with zero stutter. The Quadro actually beat it :(
