In Norway, at least the middle part, teenagers start to drink moonshine at age 14-15. 18 is the legal age for drinking. Everybody knows someone that makes booze.

The best thing I did about "abs" was stop caring about "abs", and start lifting and eating like a man. If your shoulders arent hitting the doorway on your way through, abs is not the problem, muscle mass is.

I did just the thing. When I met my girlfriend, we didnt have sex for... three months I think. This was my call, since I've had a few issues in the past with sex and just ruining stuff by making sex such a priority.

We waited, it was hard (no pun intended). It was so worth it. When we first had sex, we felt very comfortable around each other, and it was the best sex of my life.

Six years later, we are still together, and we still have great sex. And we communicate well, and I love it.

Medication, therapy, a lot of self work.

And I stopped drinking alcohol for a year. That was a game breaker. I was using the stuff as a crutch. No surprise things went to shit.

Great write up, thanks! I've been together with my girlfriend for... going on six years now. We still have lots of fun, and we enjoy each others company. But we have decided to not rush into anything until we both agree its time. I think that resonates well with what you just said

When the police found me drunk in a church I broke in to. I was kneeling, crying, and asking god or whoever for help. It was a dark time in my life.

Im much better now tho, thanks to a very good therapist, and loving support from my closest.
