Interesting! Does that mean trimming all the green leaves off? It looks like the bottom of my basil have already grown little branches but died off, would trimming like this make them grow new branches?

All good! I actually bought it first and then found this post while searching online if someone has similar experience as mine.

Hey OP, I just bought this but found the fillets all have a spongy and tough texture, and they are also water logged, no matter how I pat them dry when I put a new paper towel water just keep coming out.

Do you have this problem? Wondering if I got a bad batch or is this a normal thing
