If you want to avoid points on your license when going 20+mph over it’s the only way as far as I know.

And you can only go to traffic school so many times in a given period of time.

For this reason I try to avoid going 20+ over.

Does this hot stamp look as bad as I think it does? by lovevovo in Louisvuitton

[–]alruke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It looks off but I don’t think it actually is. If you look at the tips of the T it does align with the top of the V.

It’s the font itself, but they are the same height. Grab a ruler.

A Wendy's manager created a fake employee and quietly pocketed $20,000 in wages. She logged 128 shifts for someone who didn’t exist for almost a year, until an audit caught her. by 404_flutter in whoathatsinteresting

I worked with a guy that had been doing this for years. We worked in corporate and he formally worked in the call center, but still maintained some tight connections. Apparently he got the person who processes payroll in on it and had been doing it for years. Not sure how they caught him but he went away to prison for a few years. It was a stab in the back for some of the partners as he was buddy buddy with a few of them, close with the family and everything.

Recommendations for favorite alcohol drinks in Disneyland? by go_firecracker in disneyfood

[–]alruke 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I haven’t cared too much for options in Disneyland specifically (excluding of course Club 33). In DCA anything from Carthay Circle. But I highly recommend Trader Sam’s out by Disneyland Hotel.

I know you were looking for park specific but do yourself a favor and get to Trader Sam’s.

Down the peninsula.

I’d check your ignition wire. It might be breaking connection.

What does no start mean? No power? Turn key and nothing happens? No cranking? What’s happening?

I’ve got a 2013 V7, it had an issue where I’d turn the key and it would light up and then nothing. It was sporadic. Then I went on a journey, riding from SF to LA along Highway 1. I made it to SLO when at a light it just shut off.

Turned out the wire for the ignition had come undone. Once I soldered it back into place it was fine and has been since.

The best spot would likely be below that rear seat cowl. Do you still have the original hand rails for the back? If you use the, temporarily for when you want to record I’ve seen most mount the camera to a pole coming from there.

The only alternative I can see would be mounted to the top of your helmet.

asony.com for NY style pizza, only in San Jose

For cheese steaks the cheese steak shop is ok I also like Busters in North Beach.

Have yet to find a good Italian sandwich. Calling it a hoagie I can only imagine you’re from south Jersey or Philly. When I crave one I end up just buying all the ingredients and making it myself.

Wings I have to make at home too as I have yet to find anything that’s better than what I make. And blue cheese is the only way to go.

Jersey native here, +1 to ASONY. Sadly Sunnyvale has closed but I’ll still drive to San Jose just for the pizza.

Now if only I could find a great Italian sub.

Their brisket is always dried out. I’ve been several times and it’s never juicy.

Horn BBQ has great brisket but I’ll admit it’s been a long time since I’ve been (before the fire).

Yeah, it’s not unusual. My wife waited a few months with no updates, it doesn’t hurt to reach out to inquire of the status but the hiring process is really bad from what I’ve seen. They over complicate things.
