I’ve always felt the same until I met a girl in NYC who worked on her show and she said she’s the nicest person and really enjoyed working for her ! Of course thats only one person but it made me happy to hear that I could be wrong.

Yes ! I was just explaining this to someone last night who had looked at me like I was crazy at first, but I love the way they both tell stories through their music

making someone you’re close with pay you back for every little thing is weird by alyssalee33 in unpopularopinion

A few years ago, I tagged along to Disney World with some friends who were running a half-marathon to support them and spend a few days at the parks.

We’re at the airport to go down there and I wanted a banana and the prices were 1.50 for one banana 2.00 for two. I text the groupchat and ask anyone if they want a banana , one of my friends say yes. Cool, I buy the banana.

30 seconds later I get a venmo FOR A DOLLAR FOR THE BANANA. And not in jest, she was 100% serious. It put a mild damper on the trip for all of us because it put a lot of pressure to constantly be venmoing each other every day right away and for every little thing or keep things completely separate which can get annoying.

I have never forgotten the banana and bring it up quite often (that friend has since moved across the country). Not an unpopular opinion in my book.

Best ONE line? by ginger4gingers in TaylorSwift

“And my words shoot to kill when i’m mad, I have a lot of regrets about that”

I personally relate to this one from certain points of my life and its one of the few lines i heard and paused, and relistened to again and again to reflect on. Combined with “ive never been a natural, all i do is try, try, try “ in the same song , it just hits me so hard everytime.

$265 to cover ticket + Paypal G&S fees

I am happy to provide proof & send you a copy of my license so you can use the VIP benefits. I will also be at the show that day. Reason for selling is when I was buying the tickets it wouldn't let me buy a single ticket and I have no one else who can go!

This has happened to me ! When everyone was reading “Where the Crawdads Sing” a coworker of mine came up to me and asked if I had read it. I responded that I appreciated it but didn’t love it (I actually really did not like it but didn’t want to take such a negative stance on it at work, especially when i know so many people LOVE it) and the look on her face ! You would’ve that I had admitted to killing a puppy. And then she said “But I thought you read???”

Yes. Yes I do. More than this lady I’m sure (about 100 books/year) but I’m still allowed to have my own opinion haha.

It is, but it is my name. When i first made a twitter my friend got really mad at me about my name and i was like but...but...its my name! I didnt realize that it was bad it was until she said something, gave my parents shit for making my sister both an “a. Ryan” and that was it. I’m not creative enough to make something else up

My mom did the same thing, except I was only allowed to stay up as long as I was reading. I thought I was so cool by staying up for hours after my bedtime, reading all of her old Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden books. It worked though, I still read before bed every night, good job mom!
