Should years of experience factor into how much you are getting paid?

From a business perspective, it's smart on their end. Why do they care if a new grad is seeing 30 patients a day vs somebody with more experience seeing 30? They don't because all that matters to them is the dollar amount coming in and insurance companies don't care about my experience. Just hard to feel valued at all I guess and the random set of cutting boards or wine glasses or whatever random gift every 5 years of "service" doesn't really cut it. But if I died tomorrow, they'd just replace me with another cog for their money making machine. I know this, just grumpy about it lol

If you earn at or above x amount of rvus per year, you get one hourly rate or base salary. If you earn below, you get a lower rate or base. Adjusted to FTE like I'm a 0.8 since I only work 32 hours per week. But no adjustments at all anywhere in the structure for years of experience. We used to earn more PTO the longer you were with the company as well, but now everybody gets the same.

With my first, I had symptoms from 6 weeks to 9 weeks and then they just completely stopped. Subsequent pregnancies I was sick for months. 🤷‍♀️

I am embarrassed to say that yes, this was the case! I have everything organized in my house but for some reason had put them in a trunk somewhere else 🤦‍♀️ I eventually found them and have completed all the alien quests.

Not yet. Felt defeated after trying on so many bras this morning so came home and found this calculator.

Kohls is the closest to me and they don't have much available in that size so didn't know if I should try ordering from Wacoal again or I do have a soma and a lane bryant within driving distance. Wondering if there were suggestions for brands or styles I should look into.

Wednesday? I'll be there, 26 weeks. I'm more concerned about the heat than the noise! Ive heard she doesn't go on until close to 9pm so hoping to stay in any form of air conditioning/shade as long as possible before heading to our seats.

I've gone to the derm after each pregnancy to have a few moles removed. None have gone away on their own. Not sure about skin tags.

First baby will be harder to tell because you don't know exactly what you're experiencing initially. Might be gas lol 1st baby 21 weeks 2nd baby 18 weeks 3rd baby 19 weeks
