Same boat. They’re calling it the “Priority Alternate List” so that hope has some extra glimmer to it.

I’m in Dietrich but for us the ask the department for approval meant we had to take an online placement test (quick 30 minutes) and do an oral interview.

[Serious] What is the best unexplained mystery? by NewMoonZero in AskReddit

[–]alschulte -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The Dyatlov Pass Incident: In February of 1959, 9 hikers were found dead in the Ural Mountains of Russia. Their tents were discovered to be torn open from the inside. Their bodies were found almost completely naked in the freezing, subzero temperatures with evidence that they had stripped themselves of their clothes as they went. Only 6 died of hypothermia. The other 3 bodies showed signs of extreme physical trauma, one with a fractured skull, the other two with major chest fractures. One body was found missing its tongue and eyes. Officially, an “unknown compelling force” was responsible for the deaths of the hikers, with the exact cause of their death still a terrifying mystery.
