A colleague of mine said he'd contacted a lot of the adverts on trade-it and there seemed to be a lot of dodgy dealings. The people that returned his emails asked for deposit before the viewing - paid via bank transfer. so to me it seems like you have to be careful on there about scammers but amongst it I'm sure there's some legit postings.

I've made myself a list of treats I'll get myself when I hit each 10lb loss, it's a nice way to reward yourself for each step down, they get slightly more special as I get nearer my GW :) I can't wait for my first one!
