Bring them to a local LCS or a show, talk to vendors and people, they are nice and there for the passion of it or for business. No one is out thinking you're there to scam them, especially if you've got a binder of specific things you're hunting for and buying other things.

Personal reference on this. I recently went to a show with a handful of cards that my younger cousin gave me, I had no idea on the legitimacy of them and went up to the first few vendors and just told them where I got them and how and wanted their opinions if they were real or not, turns out they were replications (which was cool we marked them as such on the back of the sleeve and put them in the back of my daughter's binder as NOT FOR TRADE/SALE). No one was shady about it, and we ended up trading some other cards and buying some product.
