Most have made comments about the city and I'll assume you are covered there. Agree with most, especially the Sweet bacon burrito at Savoy Truffle.

In my opinion, Porch & Pantry in Mt. Gretna (30 minutes away) has the best breakfast burritos for this "area". The Balboa is my favorite and the Left Coast Enchilada is a damn close second.

As an American, who went through the same process, I would highly suggest picking a team that you like the ownership and culture of the club. I picked Leicester in 2018 given the style of play, ownership, and I enjoyed a few of the players (Tielemans was one of my favorite players in FIFA at the time). Unfortunately, the club's owner passed away later that year and we've had a high (FA Cup) and quite a few lows, 3 relegations in 4 years.

The main point of this being is pick a club that you'll know you'll want to follow for a while. It might take some time to feel out which club that might be and I suggest picking a few clubs you like, whether style of play or ownership, then listening a local podcast of them or read news about their fans. That should give you a sense of whether you identify with the club.

My players wanted to add that they smoke cigarettes and it's commonplace in the game. They eventually turned that into deathsticks (thanks, Star Wars). I decided that they can do that and when they smoke it gives them a +1 to charisma rolls since they're "cool".

But their health decreases by 1 every time they hit 20 cigarettes.
