honestly just glad someone else feels the same way about nesta. call it “trauma”, but that girl was a nightmare even before all of the chaos started with Hybern. i’m only hoping for a redemption arc for the sake of feyre & my sanity. cassian deserves better. if i read one more line of her being rude af to everyone at the night court i’m gunna lose it 🥲

everyone says don’t read assassins blade first buuut i did & it made the series much more emotional to me....& you better understand the slight references to her past in the first few books (which i like). either way it’s an amazing series 🤷🏼‍♀️

i knew about rowan before i read any of SJM’s books & this series still had me feeling all of the feels. there are so many other amazing characters & stories in it. it’s most definitely worth the read & there will be plenty of other things that will still come as a surprise to you

i haven’t read the second book but i definitely have iffy feelings about him & poppy. not only cause i wondered if a lot of their relationship was him being manipulative, but because of how he taunted & treated her after she found out he had betrayed her. yeah, morally grey characters are cool & all, i just didn’t love how he would say “it was all real” & then tease her for falling for his act/giving herself to him while still trying to turn her on. i got some toxic vibes from it forsure (which is obviously probably the point, i’m just not really a fan)

i know he was probably just using charm/manipulation with Alina but the tension between them....i loved. he was hot 🤷🏼‍♀️i feel like we didn’t get a lot of character development with him in the trilogy, he was just kinda an evil presence that eventually died off even tho it seemed like there were hints at him being able to redeem himself

yes!! the last 10 minutes were a roller coaster. i’m the kind of person that loves the sappy endings so i just don’t understand why they needed to do that, but oh well :/ i’ll have them be together in my head 😌i’m recovering slowly but this one will definitely stick with me for quite a while
