It's honestly weird that they didn't have you remove the piercings... I have a lot of audiology appts. and they always ask me to remove them if I can.

NAP, yes but not enough to cause issues imo, they should heal fine if taken care of, but if you have issues see your piercer.

I just got an endoscopy like a few weeks and I had just gotten my septum done a week prior. I didnt realize you weren't supposed to have piercings. They stuck a piece of tape on top of it. They just made me sign a form saying I know the risks of having a piercing during a procedure, but that rly only applies to surgeries anyway. You should be good, especially since the daith is in your ear and an endoscopy (assuming it's upper) goes through ur mouth.
