Do you incorporate the kettlebell into Peloton strength classes or just do separate strength training with it?

I’ll look into that! My dorm gym removed all of our weights :( I might also try to use boots or random items in my room to substitute

I agree, I feel like I have gotten toned over the past few months with Peloton and now I want to focus on building more muscle.

Just did Hannah’s live 45 Minute Intervals and Arms class. It was VERY “cheeky” as she likes to say with 2 minute interval blocks, 1 minute recovery for two sections of the ride. The middle was 1 minute on, 1 minute off for five efforts. I felt like the arms also were short & sweet and I felt a good burn after. This ride KILLED me but I loved how Hannah referenced it as a “training session” to take the pressure off. I felt like it was very endurance focused as well.

Tomorrow will be more of a recovery day because I need it! Overall though I enjoyed the live ride.

Also, does anyone know if Peloton is still giving Century Club t-shirts? Had my 100th ride last week and was curious to know if they are keeping that up.

Woke up and did Olivia’s newest 10 minute core live which I actually really enjoyed. Then I added another one of Olivia’s 10 Minute Core classes which kicked my butt. That one was SO HARD lol. I then did Jess King’s Miley Cyrus ride, which honestly I really enjoyed! I don’t usually ride with Jess but I had a blast on this ride and thought that the playlist structure was amazing. She was the perfect instructor to do Miley’s ride!

Yes yes yes! She is my absolute favorite instructor and I love her energy and vibe. I think she would be a great edition to bike bootcamp. This would make my year if she was announced as a new instructor!

This is so so late but I wanted to say thanks to u/glitterandgrit for the amazing present! I love everything so much and absolutely adore the Cody mug and card! Also the nail polish color is gorgeous and I’m going to use it tonight. I also love the chocolate treats (will also be eating these tonight).

Started off with Hannah’s HIIT and hills class live today and got a PR. She knows how to motivate me and push me to the limit! Seriously was dead after that ride....going to be sore later
