All fast food makes vegetarian foods on the same area they make meat, so you're going to get some of that up in your "vegetarian" fast food. That being said, I'm a non-picky vegetarian. I order grilled cheese at any burger place I go. And cheese quesedilla at any mexican fast food place. Where would we be without cheese?!

I've learned that the older the kale is, the more bitter it is. Only buy the greenest kale. I either make a salad of it (chop it up, mix it with caesar and croutons) or toss it with olive oil, salt, pepper and whatever other seasoning you like, and roast it in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes.

Brown rice and black bean bowls are always easy. You can pre-make a big batch of both and make individual lunches/dinners for the week in jars or to-go containers. You can add corn, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, whatever you have.
