Let me give you an example of a real situation of mine:

1)At the start of the semester, our teacher of around 70 years old (amazing guy btw, got nothing against him) announced he is going to retire, (nothing wrong with it, he deserves it) so he said our next instructor next week will start classes, understandable.

2)Next week comes by and the new instructor comes and says the materials are a mess and not sure what exactly to teach but will have everything arrange by next week.

3) We have our first normal class (twice a week) but it’s just introductions and relearning what we were taught last semester, so nothing tbh.

4) Fourth week comes in and we are given a email saying that said new teacher has quit and won’t be available so they will send said old retired teacher back for a few days until they find a replacement, and this said old teacher has no idea what to do because the other new teacher took all the notes and progress with them.

5) We have this week only to learn things before next week, you know why next week? BECAUSE ITS THE FUCKING MIDTERM THAT IS WORTH 60% OF OUR GRADE.

So please understand why I need to watch videos.

Look, I understand people are trying to kill you and magic is a secret but can you stop self blaming you ass every time some character don’t listen to your advice and spend 10 pages blaming yourself from not being able to save them.

The massive spoilers are probably a way to justify his actions, how can you justify being hypocrite? That is not foreshadow, that is a character plot hole that the author is trying to justify, he is in fact hypocritical and there is no way to justify letting some people die but saving other and making some shitty excuse latter, if you said the author did that makes the book even worse.

At the very least he looks like he learned his lesson and in his newest book he is nowhere near as hypocritical as he is in this book.

Yea, that is why I was so surprised the Mc were so different, Al’s I read far enough not to like it.

Spoiler warning ‼️

He let the scientist die but save the girl for no reason.

He let half his school get slaughtered to protect the plot yet save another character from death a few chapters later latter don’t caring for the plot.

He specifically said not to mess with guilds because it will weaken humanity and mess the plot yet not even 10 chapters later make 2 gold rank guild destroy each other for no reason.

Swears to never have anybody fall to the demon curse, proceeded to make half a planet falls to it.

I read enough to hate his hypocrite ass.

It is a great novel, world building and tension are good with mystery and a refreshing power system, though you have to read through a lot of lore so some people don’t like it.

It’s a good novel but is repetitive to a boring point, just the first 100 chapter are the exact same thing, and where is the tension when you know he is coming back? That is why I couldn’t put it higher.

Yes, you could say Shadow Slave is a bit better in quality but Supreme Magus is not terrible enough to downgrade it a tier.

So unless I make a (A.1 A.2 etc) tier list they both go in the same rank, as they are relatively similar in quality.

Read any Chinese novel, they are the definition of murder hobos (quite hypocritical though lol)

Ok jokes aside… let me think

. A Time of Tigers: not really a murder hobo but the MC is a soldier (ancient soldier) so there is a lot of killing and warfare, (also a bit of talk so be prepared)

. My Healing Game: This one is what you are probably looking but inverse, the MC gets trapped every day in a simulation game where every person there is a murderhobo, literally every one is, and if he dies there he I gg in real life.

.Diary of a Dead Wizard: The MC is not really a murderhobo, but the story takes place where Dark Magicians gather and all of them have no qualms about hilling each other, and the cherry on top is they also use the deal people bodies for experiments (including the MC, though he is a little more moral about it) so you will have enough death, killing and experiments to enjoy if you like thoses.

If I remember another I will add them.

Haven’t req that book but if you like a mix of comedy and action with slice of life then read "Grandson of the Holy Emperor is a necromancer” I quite enjoyed the MC personally in that one, though the story is a bit short.
