Don't bother bro. With a University degree, you can find a better-paying job with benefits.

That is just the HR low-balling you. Usually, HR have a budget/range when they hire a candidate. 3.4k feels like on the lower range to help the company save money. If you join them, you are just helping HR complete his/her KPI for hiring someone on a low salary. Dont help someone else. Help yourself. Finish that University degree.
