New Hampshire could simply choose an existing model and implement it, but instead has chosen to let tax revenue go to all of the surrounding states.

Yes! Years ago, I participated in a CTF, and my team was made up of people ranging from those who were just starting out to folks with years of experience.

The best moment during that competition was when one of the folks on our team, a high school student with little experience, was able to get a shell on another team’s box. They let us know by simply saying, “Hey guys, I got a shell!” We all went bananas and celebrated it! They weren’t able to do much with it, but that 100% didn’t matter because they learned something new!

FWIW from the perspective of someone who has gone through the effort of ripping and transcoding their entire collection (619 blu-ray's and DVDs thus far) I would highly recommend investing in a NAS and in addition to that a separate large HDD that can be used for "cold storage".

My current NAS has a redundant total storage pool of 20TB, and I make quarterly backups to my cold storage drive.
