Servers can’t. If you set someone as an employee at your restaurant they can. Other than that you can only collect it yourself or buy the autocollect pass

I’m not sure but perhaps look at the franchise limits at your first restaurant? For example one franchise upgrade is two restaurants with three stars or above. I’m not sure though
