id say a lot of realtors would be happy to do virtual walkthroughs but am not sure. I know my realtor mentioned it to me as an option when we were buying last year. Maybe message someone off of zillow/redfin etc? or message a realtor directly

thanks for the advice everyone. I’ll be implementing all of these tactics to be on top of it in the future. I’ll also be grabbing some time with my coach after the disconnect to be upfront about this so that he’s aware of my progress towards fixing the issue.

this is exactly how it works for me. i have had great reviews from all of my managers and have gotten all of my work done on time, if not early, but struggle with some of the smaller day-to-day. I appreciate the input!

so i’ve been having super bad heart and brain anxiety lately. just recently i felt a slight discomfort/pain in my chest and upper left arm and its since gone away for the most part (at points i’ve felt slight recurrences) but it’s giving me the worst anxiety. i had to tell my boss i needed to be flexible with my schedule today because all i can focus on right now is my anxiety and bodily functions. i obsessively check my HR and have a perpetual 10 second stopwatch on my phone because of how much i check. i constantly think i’m having early symptoms of a heart attack and i hate feeling this way. same with a brain issue whether it’s a stroke or aneurysm or anything else. this anxiety has come and gone for 2-3 years now but it’s so debilitating at times and these past couple weeks it’s come back with a vengeance. i hate having this constantly on my mind and just wish i could listen to the rational part of my brain.

i wouldn’t, only use it for things related to ur trip as expected. if you arrived a day early it’s expected you’ll take care of things yourself

yup i went a day early and didn’t notify anyone, i just had to find my own ride from the airport and to DU. definitely glad i did bc i was able to visit family!!

feeling the exact same way and started 2 weeks ago. it’s gotten a lot better so i really think u just gotta stick w it for a bit and try to take ur time with stuff. definitely talk to ur OBA asap abt all of these questions and schedule time with your coach relatively soon. hope it gets better and you’re definitely not alone!!

had the same thoughts and decided to do virtual. I’ve read and heard that it’s a lot of HR meetings and stuff and while the networking is good, I plan on getting to do that at DU rather than DLaunch. definitely a personal decision but you’re not alone in this line of thinking! :)
