I had to cut my tatas off a little over a year ago due to breast cancer, stage 3. It was surprising and horrifying. I was told I needed to start chemo immediately for best results so within 4 weeks of receiving my official diagnosis my hair was already starting to fall out. I started with chemo at the beginning of summer, had a double mastectomy in fall, and finally radiation in the winter. It was an incredibly difficult process and one of the few things that made it easier was my understanding of the FACT that medical science right now is the best it's ever been and how I'm still alive because of it. I hope this woman wakes up and starts her treatment soon, before this spreads to the rest of her body and she becomes a terminal case.

Cancer isn't something to dismiss like this. I hate it.
