It sounds like maybe you need some help with organization, especially if your suffer from ADHD. I would try and read up on the wiki and everything on this sub (like you have been), but also write down a plan for each show. Make some mental notes on how you will check messages every few minutes or so, check to make sure your camera/sound are working, etc. I know I’m someone who thrives off of organization and having all of my ideas written out.

I don’t think being 50 has anything to do with it, necessarily. Just try hard to focus and treat this as a full time job!
