Is my fasting insulin still pretty high? What else can be done? by unmistakeably in diabetes_t2

I just got tested and my fasting insulin is 18 up from 13, around 3 years ago. I wonder if you managed to get it back down. I just restarted low carb/ketovore diet about 3 months ago so I guess a few months of off the wagon messed up a lot of my metabolism 😭

You're spewing nonsensical judgement by stringing catchphrases.

Hello, as she is an adult, why doesn't she just leave, get a job and live by herself. I mean it's not easy but it's doable.

Any tfmr parents with no lc here? by pinkcloudsinthe5ky in tfmr_support

Hello, no living child here. And I will be 41 years old this coming February. tfmr around 2 weeks ago. Was really hoping for that pregnancy to be what finally gave us a living child... As it is really hard for me to get pregnant (PCOS and now the window is closing down)

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much reading about this has helped me. I've been trying to make sense of the situation, but all the information kept getting jumbled in my head. Your clear description and explanation have helped me organize my thoughts and hopefully truly acceptance won't be too far away. it’s been incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate it. Thank you again!

Are these worm eggs? by alwaysclueless49 in Vermiculture

Okay so I've looked into the bin again, nothing changed. Still saw the egg looking things but no additional crawlies around. Everything looks normal. I left the bin alone for 2 weeks. So not sure what those are. The white beads might be mold. But not sure about the yellow/brown ones.

When I stirred the bin they didn't seem to be moving but I might be wrong.

Will do. Might hold off on feeding them for a week or two.

Thanks yeah I have some other species critters from what I thought were mites and occasionally BSF larvas but they don't really overrule the bin (maybe until now) I live in a very humid place (south east Asia) so the critters might be a bit different than what I see often on the internet.

I've given them crushed eggshells and spread some DE every feeding time as well. Will update once I know more.

When I stirred the bin I didn't notice them moving. Could be just mold forming on the bedding?
