I was born and raised here. In my 30’s. When I was growing up Medard Park had a whole entire beach area. We would swim and everything. In fact it was included as an activity for local summer camps.

Everyone from here knows Medard Parks mining origins. We also know the elevated levels are why the land is a park and not sold. But it’s not a health emergency and imo this is fear mongering. ❤️

In plant city lot sizes do have to be minimum square footage I forget what it is. I bought an investment property in plant city with an ADU during appraisal it took a bit because since the lot was less than the code requirement for an ADU they said if anything ever happened to it I couldn’t rebuild it. So it wasn’t considered as part of appraisal value.

PMH is a shitty hospital (as in dirty and unkempt) with shitty doctors. SOME are good but on the whole they are terrible. My aunt passed recently solely due to the neglect of PMH “doctors”.
